Unopened samples in their original box can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and you pay the return postage. Opened samples cannot be returned for change of mind because they are hand decanted consumables. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders are refunded or replaced if reported within 30 days of delivery, with no need to post the sample back. See our returns page.
